VAR decisions against Fulham 'shocking' - Silva

Fulham head coach Marco Silva says the decisions against his side in their 2-0 defeat by Chelsea as "shocking", after interventions from the video assistant referee saw both a goal for Josh King ruled out and a penalty awarded to Chelsea for handball.
